Another Decade enters. It has a lot of implications for all of us. 

Crossing this new decade is pregnant with possibilities. But only if you are willing and ready to experience the pain that this entails.

Pain is part of the joy. If you can endure the pain of the journey to reach the destination you wanted to reach, you will be there.

This is an exciting time. The next decade is yours to take. So march forward and be ready to absorb the pain and learn from it. The pain that you willingly receive will give you the gain that you rightly deserve.

Remember those who wanted to give or see the light must endure the fire of burning.

True in the past, truer today.

The point of learning is not to amass a lot of information. It never was and never will be.

The point of learning is getting insights. Insights that will drive you to action.

And yes, we now go to the meat of the matter - ACTION.

Action is stronger than learning. Action is stronger than knowledge. Knowledge is abstract. While action allows you to create something that can be touched and felt.

The action never gets old.

It is the key to achieving something that you are chasing and wanted to have.

He convincingly won. He becomes the oldest boxing champion at present. The Philippines is rejoicing. A Pacman victory is always a cause for celebration.

The victory proves one thing, age is not a deterrent to maintain excellence.

Lastly, hardwork and passion is a deadly combination. 

If you have it, like Pacman does, it is like having a knockout punch that you can use against life's challenges.

Since time immemorial, man and machine are instrumental for humankind's tremendous progress.
Civilization moved forward in a blurring speed. We enjoyed a lot of privileges, never before experienced by past civilizations.

But along with this progress, destruction.

Can we reverse it ? Negate the bad effects of progress?

Greed closes our eyes to the risks we place to our society and nature. I fervently hope that
the triple bottomline comes into play to each and every company and organizations.

Profit is good, if we also uplift the lives of our People and society. Last but not the least, take care and ensure that nature will be taken cared of.

We wanted Mother Earth not only for us. We wanted it to be enjoyed by future generations.

The power of sharing is exponential.

This is what I have found out as I begin my journey as a resource speaker. Speaking in front of different segments of the business and academic world, I found out that sharing is learning.

The more I share, the more I get insights from old ideas and knowledge that I have.

It is an interesting cycle. A cycle that I enjoy and want to experience as often as possible.

Besides the insights I gained from my own introspection, I also learn from the questions and additional information and experience shared by the delegates and attendees.

Sometimes, I honestly admit, these questions and information are inspiring and transformational.

Best to say, I will always be willing and ready to share. Sharing here means teaching and speaking in front of others.
