There is madness right now. It is simmering and you can feel that it is about to explode.

We are in our second week of Quarantine. A routine we are all not used to. The number of #covid19 infected has risen. The panic scale has also gone up.

Politics is also creating irritations for some.

But going back to our own homes, we are seeing our resources slowly being eaten by the sudden inactivity. The stoppage of the majority of the businesses is sending massive chills in our spine.

Still, be calm. The more you are calm, the more you can think of better ways and solutions to this quagmire that we are all in.

The time calls for more calmness - a room that is all white and peaceful. It is a room where creative ideas reside. A room waiting for you.

Calmness offers a higher level of solutions that you can tap right now.

So be still my friend and don't get swept away by the waves of madness.

HARD WORK CAN BE ACQUIRED. In most of the situations, talent is overrated. If you want to achieve success, you wake up in the morning, work hard by doing what matters most in achieving your goals. And then repeat. Yes, in my experience talking to successful people, every successful milestone that they achieved they always mentioned that it was made possible because of doing some extreme or consistent actions. And sometimes these actions are boring, repetitious and tedious. But they are so focused on the goals, so it does not matter. This inspired me to just do the work and see that price at the end of the rainbow. So should you. Indeed, hard work works. hashtag

CRAVING. There is a different craving for those who wish to succeed. There is that fire that you feel in your belly that keeps you awake at night or do more than what you can for the day even if your body and mind says stop.

This is the craving that you want to take place within you. After knowing what you want, this happens.

It is not the destination but the trip, but the trip is the magical craving that you have to reach that destination.

In marketing, we have this tool SWOT Analysis. It is a tool where you evaluate your strengths and weaknesses in order to take advantage of the opportunities and manage or avoid the threats.

Every day we evolve. It is, therefore, a must for all of us to give ourselves time for self-introspection.

We can only go forward if we know where we are right now.

Another Decade enters. It has a lot of implications for all of us.

Crossing this new decade is pregnant with possibilities. But only if you are willing and ready to experience the pain that this entails.

This is an exciting time. The next decade is yours to take. So march forward and be ready to absorb the pain and learn from it. The pain that you willingly receive will give you the gain that you rightly deserve.
